Shipping & returns.
Every kit is packed by hand at the shop and ships from Cheviot, Ohio.
Shipping
Choose “Shipping or local delivery in Square” on an eligible cocktail-kit product page. Square Online shows the USPS services available for the destination and calculates rates from package weight, the HIVE Market origin and the shipping address. The paid order and shipping label remain connected to Square for fulfillment and reporting.
Local delivery
Eligible addresses can select Square On-Demand Delivery. The customer pays the courier fee shown by Square plus a 5% delivery service fee. Orders require one hour of preparation and may be scheduled up to 30 days ahead during Wednesday–Sunday delivery hours, 10 AM–3 PM.
Pickup
Use the HIVE cart for pickup Wednesday–Sunday, 10 AM–3 PM. Please allow one hour for preparation. Pickup may be scheduled up to 90 days ahead in Square. Fall plant pre-orders are always pickup only.
Tax
Square calculates the HIVE Market’s configured Ohio sales tax during checkout.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Email us within seven days at info@jointhehivemarket.com with your order details and a photo. We’ll work with you on a replacement or refund.
Returns
Because food and infusion products are prepared in small batches, opened products cannot be returned. Unopened gift items may be eligible for return; contact us first so we can help.
